Description

In this condition the cornea which is spherical in shape starts bulging becomes conical or like a pyramid It is diagnosed by intricate slit lamp examination and corneal topography It is treated by contact lens, Corneal cross linkage (C3R) or keratoplasty.(selective layer keratoplasty like DALK or penetrating full thickness graft) Early detection and treatment is very important.
